PTL DEFERS IMPLEMENTATION OF BLACK CAB PROJECT FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR

March 10, 2008: Prime Transport Limited (PTL) today announced that, due to the impact of the economic downturn on Country and Specially Auto industry revenues, as well as its subsequent negative effect on Black Cab's vehicle financing, the implementation and enforcement of our Black Cab's Project due to being in place and into service as of early 2009 will be deferred for a period of one year.

PTL will also not be updating its Media & Publication section for the above stated time. We assure our well wishers that the project is NOT ABANDONED and that it has just been delayed for a year and we are confident that we will implement the project as planned, with same Zeal and Strength.

We will be working on the project and our offices will remain open with its full staff available and working to implement the project, to bring the Black Cab's on roads of your cities very soon, proving you the very best of services in the transport industry, country has ever witnessed.
