PTL will maintain the highest level of accountability for all its ambassadors nationwide, guaranteeing you comfort, safety and reliablity:
• All Prime Ambassadors will undergo thorough background investigations, motor vehicle record audits and drug testing. And on an ongoing basis, their performances are evaluated through our "Quality Assurance Program".
• All Prime Ambassadors will also undergo extensive and ongoing certification and safety training and each drivers must complete PTL's Prime Ambassador Certification Program.
• PTL will also implement an Advanced Defensive Driving and Safety Program to increase driver's skills in these all-important areas. PTL's ambassadors will intimate familiarity with the layout, logistical details and traffic patterns of the areas in which they serve. In addition, they will remain in constant contact via MDT, Two-Way Radio and cell phone - to ensure that your vehicle is where you need it, when you need it.
• Our Ambassadors make it their business to know the "best of" the cities they serve, providing "mobile concierge" services, with advice on where to dine, where to shop and what to see and do.
• Our knowledgeable Ambassadors will be your guide to the sights and sounds of many cities of the country with PTL's "Tours and Sightseeing", services. You will travel in comfort and safety - allowing you to truly enjoy your tour and create lasting memories of the city you're visiting.
